What happens if I do not make a payment?

If we do not receive a payment after 48 hours, we will automatically cancel your order and notify you via email. If you wish to proceed with your order, please get in touch with us to make payment arrangements.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accepts Interact E-transfers from all major financial institutions including credit unions. Instructions for E-transfers are provided with your invoice.

Please note* Orders are only processed when payments are received.

What happens after we have accepted the E-transfer?

We will notify you via email that we have successfully received your e-transfer and will process your order within 24 hours. We will ship your parcel either the same business day or the following business day. Please see our cut-off times for when we process and ship orders.

Ordering

How are the packages shipped?

Ganja House ensures that our packages are handled with care and are discreet. Each parcel is vacuum sealed with no evidence on the content of the package. This ensures 100% privacy for our consumers.

Can I change or cancel and order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] If the package is not shipped out, we can still cancel and make changes to your order. Making changes require you to create a new order and we will cancel the existing order for you.

If package is already shipped out, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

What is your return policy?

All products are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Is tax included with the price?

Yes, the price displayed is the actual price you pay at checkout. Tax is included in price.

How do I place an order through Ganja House?

We make ordering from us easy. Simply, follow these steps:

  1.     Browse our inventory
  2.     Select desired products and choose quantity
  3.     Place items in cart
  4.     When finished, proceed to checkout

Shipping and Handling

Free Shipping Available

Ganja House offers free shipping for orders over $200 (after discounts). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout using Canada Post live rates.

Who is your shipping provider?

Our default provider is Canada Post via XpressPost. For Priority shipping, a request may be made before making your order.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1 business day to process and package orders. Orders are typically shipped through XpressPost and generally takes 2-3 days. Note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Ganja House’s control.  Factors include but are not limited to: weather conditions, holidays, remote locations.

Do you provide international shipping?

Unfortunately, Ganja House only ships within Canada at the moment.
